Andre and the J-Tones

We are at $531 dollars raised through Indiegogo thanks to our family and friends!!! Thank you so much for your support in our tour, we can't thank you all enough! 

We are so honoured!

We booked our flights this week for the tour and are planning out the accomodations and rentals of equipment. We are also looking into one more venue to perform at on a Monday or Tuesday.

This week were in the studio for a couple of days recording Andre’s next album to be released this summer. We did a good 27 hours of hard work. Including the rhythm section with Brad Cheeseman and Matt Burns on Wednesday and in the evening with the horn section with Francis on Tenor Sax and myself on trumpet.

The next day (yesterday, Thursday) we started with horns again and throughout the day, Francis also recorded the Alto Sax and Bari Sax parts as well! Brad Cheesemen also did a few extra bass parts too.

We had a great time working with Matt Montour as as whole and we look forward to working with him on auxillary percussion, and with Andre for vocals and guitar.

Hey Everyone! We just had an epic weekend of performing, filming, and recording here in Hamilton, ON.

Thanks to everyone who came out to support the band the Acoustic Blend Cafe and also to those who performed afterwards at the Open Mic. It was such a blast and we can't thank you all enough for your kind words!

Andre Bisson was given the opportunity to be part of the 1st Episode of James Anthony's new show on Cogeco 23 Burlington/Niagara area. The show is called "James Anthony Presents LIVE!", a new show that allows Hamilton/Niagara musicians come and show their stuff on television. This episode was filmed at The Dutch Mill Market in the Waterdown area. We were honoured to be on the roster with great artists as Harrison Kennedy, Steve Burnside, and the talented musicians of the James Anthony and the "Eh" Team. 4 of Andre's songs were filmed and they will be spread over a few episodes this year.
